A leading casino and gaming company in Greater London is searching for a Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. This part-time position requires culinary expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Ideal candidates will have experience in team leadership and financial budgeting within a food and beverage context. You will have the opportunity to grow your culinary skills and potentially advance to Head Chef through structured programs. Kitchen experience is essential, and candidates must be over 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the UK.
As a Sous Chef you’ll play an integral role in the Kitchen balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities and leading in the head chef’s absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure.

NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential.
