Step into one of London’s most iconic corporate headquarters, setting the standard for contemporary corporate hospitality. Job Overview

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, driving culinary excellence across multiple outlets. The role demands versatility - moving confidently between Michelin-style plated dishes, high-end events, refined buffets, delicate pastry work, and day-to-day corporate hospitality.

This position suits a chef who thrives on variety, leads with calm authority, and delivers consistent quality at scale. You’ll take pride in creating memorable experiences, value diversity in both cuisine and culture, and enjoy being at the heart of a world-class hospitality operation.

The Role
  • Support the Executive Chef in leading all hospitality kitchens across the building.
  • Take responsibility for daily service across:
    • Premium meeting-room hospitality
    • Boardroom dining and executive lunches
    • Events, including canapés, hot fork, buffets and plated menus
    • The launch and ongoing delivery of Level 18’s deli, lounge bar and premium offer
  • Other duties:
    • Maintain exceptional standards of mise en place, cleanliness, organisation and kitchen documentation
    • Train, coach and motivate the brigade to consistently deliver a high-end food offering
    • Contribute to menu development, tastings and seasonal innovation
    • Manage ordering, stock control, GP targets and waste reduction in line with ISS processes
    • Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams, clients and central ISS support functions
About You
  • Background in Michelin-starred, AA Rosette, five-star hotel or equivalent premium hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams and run a kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence
  • Comfortable delivering multiple styles of cookery across varied service periods
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and compliance requirements
  • Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach
  • Above all, a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and progress
