A local pub in Chelsea is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will have a passion for fresh food, lead a team in a hands-on environment, and contribute creatively to menu development. Known as the go-to pub for food wine or decent beer our little pub hidden away on Smith Street is a refuge to those that know. As a food‑orientated pub our menu goes beyond your usual classics with a heavy focus on specials that are truly special giving customers and our chefs a chance to try something different and interesting on a regular basis.
We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next step who considers themselves as a natural leader with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Sous Chef you will:
