Bone Daddies is an authentic Japanese Ramen, contemporary Izakaya and Yoshoku food, each in renowned chef Ross Shonhan’s unique style. We are looking for an experienced sous chef / assistant production manager to join our production kitchen in Bermondsey.

Here is where we produce all the ingredientfor our restaurants across London, so the ideal sous chef will have experience in volume cooking and working to tight tight timelines. Ideally you would be coming from a contract catering or hotel background. The ideal sous chef will also have experiencerunning a large team and love training their chefs!
