The Wilmington is a vibrant London pub inviting a passionate Sous Chef to join its kitchen team. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus Bonus and Service Charge, with the chance to lead by example in a busy, seasonal menu-driven environment.

Located in Clerkenwell, this role focuses on quality British ingredients, excellent guest experiences, and a supportive team culture within Greene King and Metro Pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for fresh food and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Commitment to food safety and allergen compliance.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.

What you'll be doing

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team.
