Pay & Hours
  • £14.65 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
  • Mixture of early and late shifts:
    • Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
    • Late Shift: 12:30 - 21:00
Meal Service Times:

Weekdays:
Breakfast - 07:00 to 08:30
Lunch - 12:45 to 13:30
Evening Meal - 17:45 to 19:00
Bar Meal - 19:00 to 20:30

Weekends:
Brunch - 09:00 to 12:30
Evening Meal - 18:00 to 20:15

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our small, professional kitchen team at HMS Sultan. You'll help prepare and serve freshly made, high-quality meals for service personnel across breakfast, lunch, evening, and bar services, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and food quality.

This role is ideal for an experienced chef looking to develop their career in a supportive environment with ESS, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland.
