What you\'ll be doing
  • As Sous Chef, you\'ll support the Head Chef in leading a talented kitchen team to maintain the hotel\'s exceptional Rosette-standard dining experience. Your creativity and leadership will help drive the menu forward and inspire those around you.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs
  • Develop seasonal menus using locally sourced and foraged ingredients
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the wider team to uphold the hotel\'s sustainable ethos

  • We\'re seeking a passionate Chef local to the Honiton area - or looking to be a Live-in Chef who thrives in a creative, fast-paced kitchen and is inspired by working with local produce.
