Location: Hatfield, AL10
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, Sunday)

  • Working 5 days OT availability Sunday – Friday
  • Saturday – Day Off

Your role as Sous Chef:

You’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver outstanding food and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality dishes for clients and customers
  • Supporting the kitchen team to deliver food concepts with creativity
  • Helping manage stock, ordering, and reducing food waste
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning and ensuring high hygiene standards
  • Assisting in managing budgets and meeting financial targets
  • Creating a positive and supportive kitchen environment
  • Complying with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
