About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a busy and well-loved gastro pub in Finchley. The venue is known for serving hearty, home-cooked dishes and quality grill classics, all made with care and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment, with the ability to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high culinary standards.

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency while working alongside a team that truly takes pride in their work and food preparation.
