Job summary

O'Neill's Soho is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, mentor a kitchen team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll drive service, train staff and ensure food is prepared to our branded standards.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
