A family-run restaurant in London seeks an experienced Sous Chef to support the head chef in preparing and presenting exceptional dishes. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will manage kitchen operations, develop menu items, and mentor junior staff. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of £16 – £17, with an immediate start.
