A prestigious government institution in the City of London is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high food quality, and manage kitchen staff. As a Sous Chef at the House of Commons, you'll help lead the daily operation of a designated kitchen, supporting menu planning, food production and service to the highest standards. You'll bring creativity to seasonal menus, ensure accurate costings and maintain excellent food quality, presentation and safety. You'll also supervise and develop your team, delegate tasks effectively and uphold strict Food Safety, Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
