Responsibilities

• Assisting the onsite Exec Chef/ Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals, hospitality & events at the site
• Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of up to 350
• Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.

A trade test will be required for this role. IFG are committed to the safeguarding of children and our employees share this commitment. Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check, which IFG will supply the cost for.
