Sous Chef - Contract Catering
Location: South Kensington
Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00, with occasional weekends and evenings
We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef with strong contract catering experience to join our culinary team. You'll support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, inspiring food across a range of services and events, ensuring exceptional standards, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in planning and producing high-quality dishes for daily service, hospitality, and events.

Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and meet client expectations.
*
Maintain excellent stock control, ordering, and GP management.
*
Supervise and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
*
Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, COSHH, and health & safety procedures.

Proven background in contract catering or large-scale food service operations.

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
