A well-established hotel in Chorley is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team. You'll support the Head Chef, ensure high standards, and train junior chefs. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, a Level 2/3 Food Hygiene certificate, and a passion for fresh food and hospitality. Salary: From £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
We’re working with a well-established hotel that’s looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Junior Sous with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, effective organisation, and a positive team atmosphere. The role would suit someone confident in leading by example and supporting the development of junior chefs.
