• 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
• Shift patterns:
  • 🌅 Early: 05:30 - 14:30
  • 🌇 Late: 11:15 - 20:15

Meal Service Times:

• 🍳 Breakfast - 06:30 to 07:45
• 🥗 Lunch - 12:00 to 13:45
• 🍽️ Evening Meal - 17:00 to 20:00

We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our team at Brompton Barracks, working across a large-scale operation serving 500 personnel. You’ll be part of a dedicated kitchen team delivering freshly prepared, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring excellent standards of food, hygiene, and presentation.
