Las Iguanas Limited in Cardiff is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to create a wide range of dishes—from starters to desserts—delivering quality every time and helping the kitchen run with energy.

You will lead and mentor junior chefs, maintain the highest food safety standards, communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure, and work as part of a close-knit team in a busy South American-inspired restaurant.
