Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Sous Chef at RAF Honington to lead our catering operation, on the tools and in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You’ll oversee daily feeding and function activities, develop a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality meals for service personnel while maintaining food safety standards.

The role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per year and shifts between 6am and 8:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

£34000 per annum / 37 hours per week

Shifts between 6am and 8.30pm

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to lead our catering operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who enjoys being on the tools, supporting their team, and delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You’ll be responsible for daily feeding and function activities while leading and developing a dedicated team.

• Preparing and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for Service Personnel
