Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Run a section as a Sous Chef.
• Train and inspire your team for food quality.
• Support Head Chef with ordering and stock control.
• Manage the kitchen team according to health and hygiene standards.
