Jubilee Talent in Birmingham is seeking a Sous Chef for a daytime, production kitchen catering for up to 500 meals daily. Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen, you will handle fresh produce bespoke to clients' needs.

The role is full-time with 45 hours per week across 5 days, with evenings off and overtime paid. Parking is free and uniform provided; a contract catering or banqueting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must come from a contract catering or banqueting background due to the size and volume at this site.
• Experience with fresh produce and high-volume service is required.
• Worked in a production kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce meals for up to 500 meals a day in a daytime production kitchen.
• Operate in a state-of-the-art kitchen delivering bespoke client menus.
• Work daytime shifts with 45 hours per week across 5 days.

DAYTIME ONLY – PRODUCTION KITCHEN. A Sous Chef is required for an independent catering company near Birmingham. You and the team will be working with fresh produce completely bespoke to the clients needs. You will be working in a state of the art kitchen and catering for up to 500 meals a day – from sandwich platters to fine dining.
