Job summary

The Botanist Bath is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You’ll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food, maintaining a positive and high-performing kitchen culture, and leading by example to ensure consistency, quality and care across every service.

We’re looking for someone with strong culinary skills and a passion for leadership and teamwork. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
