Job summary

Bella Italia Ashton Under Lyne is seeking a Sous Chef to lead sections and deliver a wide range of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards, supporting the team, and contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

As a key member of the kitchen, you will ensure food safety, communicate clearly, and mentor junior chefs to help the team grow and excel. You’ll join a supportive workplace with opportunities for development and employee perks.
