Qualifications

Job Overview

As a Sous Chef at Marston’s, you will support the Head Chef and manage the kitchen during service, leading the line cook team and ensuring food quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Run the line during service and be accountable for food quality.

  • Support the Chef Development Programme, preparing for potential progression to Head Chef.

Salary & Working Hours
  • Up to £12.71 per hour.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Reliable hours contract with CDP career progression to Head Chef and Privilege card discount.
