Qualifications

• Must have experience in a kitchen environment, ideally at a similar level.
• Should be capable of leading a team and running a kitchen independently.
• Experience with menu planning and quality control is advantageous.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu creation.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.

What’s involved?

This role would ideally suit an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Head Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Executive Chef, but running your own kitchen within the spa at the hotel. The ideal Pastry Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
