Weekend Sous Chef Required!

Are you a skilled chef ready to take the lead?

We’re looking for a Weekend Sous Chef to work every Saturday and occasional Sundays, with the key responsibility of covering for the Head Chef during the absences.

Your role:

• Assist and support the Head Chef during weekend service
• Manage and run the kitchen efficiently when the Head Chef is off
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Lead the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
