Role: Sourcing Specialist

We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic organisation for a Sourcing Specialist to join their HR team, supporting recruitment across the business. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to facilitate the full recruitment process, manage agency relationships, support onboarding, and prepare offer letters and employment contracts. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while working across multiple countries.

What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and confirm position requirements.
  • Be the primary contact for third‑party recruitment agencies, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and guide both candidates and hiring managers through the process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain and develop the company's job description.
  • Prepare offer letters and draft employment contracts.
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
