A leading fashion retailer is seeking a Sourcing & Production Lead Assistant based at their Head Office in London. This full-time position supports the Sourcing & Production Lead in managing the product merchandising process, ensuring smooth workflow and timely sample delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. As a Sourcing & Production Lead Assistant at COS, you are responsible for supporting the Sourcing & Production Lead in managing the end‑to‑end product merchandising process, including workflow administration, sample follow‑up and system maintenance.
You will collaborate across the product team with Buyers, Designers, Production and suppliers to ensure the merchandising flow runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role reports to the Global Merchandiser Manager with a dotted line to the Sourcing & Production Lead.

This is a full‑time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
