A leading insurance provider is seeking a Marketing Sourcing Manager to optimize value from creative agencies and enhance stakeholder relationships. This hybrid role requires in-depth knowledge of procurement principles and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and ensure compliance with sourcing policies. We have an excellent opportunity to join the Procurement team as a Marketing Sourcing Manager. The purpose of this role is to work at a strategic level with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimise the value delivered from the company's creative agencies across the wider marketing landscape. To create value by building and implementing innovative category strategies that are future fit. To work as a collaborative member of Allianz Procurement team. To balance and effectively work with key stakeholders across the business to deliver their requirements while managing a creative supply base.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Location: This is a hybrid working role with expectation of being away from your home office on average 2 days per week visiting stakeholders, suppliers etc..
