Are you a sourcing professional with a passion for product, process, and performance? We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team at GSHQ and play a key role in driving sourcing excellence across our global supply base on a 12-month FTC.

This role serves as the central point of contact for sourcing within GSHQ, leading initiatives and cross‑functional projects with internal teams and external suppliers. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our sourcing operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting supplier management and providing feedback aligned with strategic direction
  • Negotiating programme pricing, margins, and delivery timelines
  • Overseeing development critical paths and ensuring timely sample readiness
  • Aligning with technical and raw materials teams to meet regional legislation requirements
  • Leading interdepartmental communication as the operations lead for your category
  • Managing vendor contracts and supplier scorecards
  • Monitoring capacity, utilisation, and performance against KPIs
  • Supporting seasonal strategy and rebuy processes
  • Coaching and guiding team members on sourcing activities
  • Conducting factory visits to assess capability, capacity, and delivery readiness
  • Managing ad hoc brand, commercial, and design projects
  • Driving product re‑engineering opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost
  • Onboarding new vendors in collaboration with ethical and sustainability teams
  • Building innovation partnerships with mills, garment, and accessory manufacturers
  • Strong understanding of component pricing and garment construction

Onsite Collaboration:

Due to the hands‑on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of four days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate, problem‑solve, and deliver world‑class products for our community.
