CityFibre is seeking a Sourcing Lead to drive end-to-end procurement activities across multiple categories. This hybrid role requires leading supplier engagements, negotiations and governance to deliver commercial value.

You will partner with stakeholders, use market insights to shape sourcing strategies and manage risk while promoting continuous improvement across programs. A performance bonus accompanies a competitive salary.

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working with a need to travel to supplier sites and CityFibre locations when required.

Joining us as a Sourcing Lead

You'll lead complex sourcing activity from market engagement through to contract award, helping the business secure the right suppliers, manage risk and deliver commercial value across a broad range of categories.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events from requirement to contract award

What you'll bring to the role

You'll bring broad procurement experience, strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, experience delivering structured sourcing events and the ability to work across multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also have:

• Experience using eSourcing or Source-to-Contract platforms
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Knowledge of procurement governance and risk management
