Job summary

Supply-Technologies is seeking a Sourcing Agent in Paisley to identify and qualify suppliers, support new business quoting, and negotiate contracts. You will work closely with local sales and overseas teams to implement sourcing improvements and drive cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires strong supplier onboarding experience, procurement knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management across international teams. Strong Excel skills and project management capability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience with suppliers and sourcing activities in manufacturing, logistics, or commercial environment.
• Proven track record onboarding new suppliers.
• Experience supporting quotation and tender processes for new business opportunities.
• Understanding of procurement best practices and supplier performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across local and international teams.
• Good project management for multiple sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Previous 2+ years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing sourcing activities within a manufacturing, logistics, or commercial environment.
• Proven track record of identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
• Experience supporting quotation and tender processes for new business opportunities.
• Understanding of procurement best practices and supplier performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across local and international teams.
• Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
