Sort Line Operative – Immediate Start

Previous experience within the waste industry or recycling plant is required.

Location: Mitcham, CR4
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour
Overtime: £17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing
Pay Frequency: Weekly (paid every Friday in arrears)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Remove recyclable and non-recyclable materials from amoving conveyor belt
• Accurately separate materials and place them in the correct chute for further processing
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including general housekeeping and cleaning of machinery and cabins
• Follow allsite health and safety procedures
• Meet daily pick rate targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
