A renowned pub and restaurant in Greater London is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join their front of house team. The ideal candidate will manage wine service confidently, ensuring an outstanding wine experience for guests. Responsibilities include updating the wine list and building relationships with suppliers. The Pig and Butcher is a critically acclaimed, Michelin listed, 2 AA rosette pub and restaurant. We have an extensive wine list of over 450 bins sourced from family run vineyards. Our menu specialises in country style cooking, working closely with the best farms in the UK we receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and we butcher our meat on site.
