Join a high-growth HR tech platform as the first Solutions Engineer, partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and build proofs of concept. This role will directly impact win rates, AE productivity, and the evolution of the Solutions Engineering function from day one.

Remote (US East Coast or Central time, or UK)

What you will do

  • Act as the technical go-to for Sales, unblocking reps, training on new features, and building scalable enablement tools.
The ideal candidate
  • Enterprise pre-sales expert with a proven track record supporting complex SaaS deals (1,000+ employee customers).
  • Technically credible and curious, comfortable with docs, APIs, and relational databases.
  • Confident communicator: structured, self-directed, commercially aware, and fast-moving.
