Job Description. We are seeking a Solutions Engagement Lead to support the planning, coordination, and improvement of digital solutions for one of our new clients. The role combines elements of project delivery and product development, gathering requirements, shaping solution features, coordinating execution, and ensuring smooth launch and adoption across web, mobile, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement-gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Oversee delivery activities, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to support development cycles and feature readiness.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to recommend product enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation, support release planning, and assist with onboarding and client enablement.
Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of digital products, delivery workflows, and agile-style execution.
  • Ability to break down requirements into structured tasks and user-focused features.
