Full-time | Permanent | Remote with occasional UK travel | £40,000-£45,000

A leading UK health technology provider is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support the delivery of innovative clinical software used across sexual health and related services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, translating complex requirements into practical solutions, and helping healthcare providers improve service efficiency and patient experience.

What You'll Do
  • Work with customers to analyse workflows and gather requirements.
  • Design and configure software solutions, including integrations.
  • Run demonstrations, guide users through testing, and deliver training.
  • Ensure smooth handover to support teams and contribute to pre-sales activities when needed.
  • Travel occasionally to company offices and customer sites.
What We're Looking For
  • Background in SaaS or consulting, ideally within healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and system integrations (HL7 experience essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organised, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
