Job summary

Cadence Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Workday Solution Architect to lead discovery and define the target architecture for a major HR/Finance transformation. You will map data flows, integrations and dependencies, designing secure and scalable interfaces between Workday and the broader technology landscape.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, partners and stakeholders, producing architecture diagrams and interface specifications for approval.

Solution Architect - Workday

Join a major HR and Finance transformation and play a key role in moving critical capabilities from Legacy systems to Workday.

As the Workday Solution Architect, you will lead technical discovery, assess the existing application landscape and define the target and transitional architecture. You will map dependencies, data flows and integration points while determining which services should be adapted, enhanced or replaced.

You will design integrations between Workday and the wider technology estate, covering APIs, messaging and data exchange. You'll also produce solution designs, architecture diagrams and interface specifications, presenting recommendations to the Technical Design Authority for approval.

Working closely with delivery teams, SMEs, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are practical, secure, scalable, resilient and maintainable.
