Nugi Tech, located in Ealing, is on the lookout for a Solutions Architect Intern to assist in project delivery. This role involves contributing to discovery, documentation, and solution design while working closely with product, engineering, and customer teams across the UK and Nigeria.
Suitable candidates will be studying a relevant degree and possess strong documentation and collaboration skills. This internship offers hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and the chance to impact live client initiatives deeply.
At Nugi Technologies, we deliver custom software and digital infrastructure that help organisations compete globally. As a Solutions Architect Intern, you’ll sit at the intersection of requirements, data, and solution design to support live delivery squads while learning how scalable systems are shaped, documented, and shipped.
You’ll contribute to discovery, documentation, modelling, and solution design across web/mobile and cloud projects. You’ll partner with product, engineering, design, and customer teams across our UK & Nigeria footprint to translate business goals into clear artefacts and actionable plans.
This role is hands‑on and mentored: you will produce real deliverables (discovery notes, BRDs/PRDs, process maps, lightweight architecture blueprints, data flows, and API notes) and see how they guide delivery, integrations, privacy, and security.
You are studying a relevant degree (Business Computing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar).
You are comfortable writing clear, structured documents (notes, summaries, BRD/PRD sections) with good version control hygiene.
You have basic fluency with BA/SA tooling: stakeholder notes, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps (BPMN), and simple UML diagrams.
You have a working understanding of web and API concepts (HTTP, REST/GraphQL) and how systems exchange data.
You are able to organise data in Excel/Sheets and communicate insights with simple charts or tables.
You pay attention to privacy and security considerations when documenting processes, data flows, and integrations.
You possess strong collaboration and communication skills; proactive, organised, and reliable in follow‑through.
Work on live client initiatives and see your artefacts influence delivery decisions.
Own small but meaningful scopes end‑to‑end and present your work in team demos.
Build a credible portfolio of BA/SA artefacts and architecture snapshots.
Regular 1:1s, and structured feedback checkpoints.
Examples, templates, and reviews so you know what ‘good’ looks like.
A simple 30–60–90 plan to pace your learning and contributions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success across UK & Nigeria teams.
Learn how requirements, data, and architecture come together to ship value.
Develop the confidence to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
Help organisations compete globally through practical, well‑designed solutions.
Join a culture that values trust, clarity, and customer‑centric delivery.
Gain experience with modern stacks and grounded engineering habits.
