Job summary

The Talent Ladder is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end delivery for FTSE-level clients. You will design scalable architectures and guide delivery from CXO discussions through to deployment, using your production software development experience.

You will mentor teams, run technical workshops, and stay ahead of cloud-native patterns with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Hybrid UK role with in-office days in London or Manchester.

Qualifications

• Technical leadership across application, business and integration architectures.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• Experience with architecture modelling tools such as UML or ArchiMate.
• Ability to deliver Architecture Roadmaps and mentoring.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud vs on-premise, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders on solution design.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
