Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design of secure, resilient solutions across complex programmes, providing technical leadership and shaping architectural strategy. You will mentor technical teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence architectural strategy while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture across multiple technical domains.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, MODAF or NAF frameworks.
• Secure-by-design principles and cyber security standards.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and engage senior stakeholders.

Pay:Up to£107p/h (Inside IR35)

• Lead solution architecture across large-scale and multi-project programmes.
• Design secure, integrated architectures spanning infrastructure, applications, data, networking and cloud.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, innovation and strategic planning.
• Lead technical reviews, design assessments and risk evaluations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide architectural guidance.
• Support bids, proposals and business development activities.
• Promote architectural best practice, design reuse and technical knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and coach technical teams.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in solution architecture across multiple technical domains.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, MODAF or NAF.
• Advanced understanding of secure-by-design principles and cyber security standards.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

• TOGAF, ArchiMate or AWS/Azure architecture certifications.
• Experience in technology roadmaps, digital modernisation or enterprise strategy.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, DevSecOps and automation.
• Experience presenting at technical boards or customer forums.
• Background in government, defence or national security.
