Overview
Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Architect – Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Discovery: Use your deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand client goals, challenges, and business needs; lead discovery workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements across CRM, infrastructure, integration, and compliance.
- Design: Translate client needs into smart, scalable Dynamics solutions; create clear and relevant technical documentation; guide clients in building their enterprise CRM roadmap using your subject matter expertise.
- Delivery: Lead and oversee D365 CE implementations; ensure high-quality, value-driven solutions that meet client expectations.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to internal thought leadership and help keep the team at the cutting edge of Dynamics innovation; provide expert input into proposals and pre-sales activity to support growth and credibility.
- Teamwork: Collaborate within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone\'s contributions are valued; share knowledge and mentor others across projects and teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and its role in driving business success.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Azure, M365, and Active Directory.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather detailed requirements, and design client-centric solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Proven experience delivering full project lifecycles, from discovery through to post-implementation support.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Involvement in RFP responses and business development activities.
- Hands-on experience in technical consultant or architect roles focused on Dynamics 365 CE.
