Job summary

HSO in the UK seeks a Solution Specialist for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to help customers understand the SCM possibilities and the wider Microsoft ecosystem through discovery, demonstrations and presales activities.

You’ll engage with enterprise stakeholders, develop compelling solution narratives, and expand knowledge across Microsoft technologies while collaborating with architects, sales teams and solutions specialists.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience translating customer requirements into solution demonstrations and narratives.
• Ability to design and deliver SCM demonstrations focused on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Presales and customer engagement: support bids, workshops and opportunities.
• Lead or support supply chain discovery workshops and customer conversations.
• Design and deliver engaging SCM demonstrations showing inventory, warehouse, procurement, and planning features.
• Develop reusable demonstration assets, stories and datasets for faster qualification.
