Job description

Procore is looking for a Solution Specialist focusing on BIM to serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the acquisition sales cycle. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering BIM-enabled solutions, driving thought leadership in digital construction and asset lifecycle management, and helping to transform how the built environment is designed, delivered and operated.

You will work closely with sales, customer success, product/engineering to engage with C‑suite and technical stakeholders across architecture, engineering, construction and operations. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership. Your mission will be to help clients realise the business value of BIM: risk reduction, cost & schedule savings, improved quality, data‑driven decision‑making, digital twin/asset management integration, sustainability, and beyond.

You will be based in Dublin or London and will travel as required to client sites, industry events and internal gatherings.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as a trusted technical and business advisor to customers (and prospects) — helping them rethink their processes, incorporate BIM/digital workflows, and transform how they operate.
  • Lead the discovery and solution‑definition phases: understand customer business challenges, define value statements, map to our product/solution capabilities, design implementation/road‑map options.
  • Demonstrate BIM‑centric workflows and tools (e.g., authoring, coordination, common data environments, 4D/5D, digital twin, asset management) — with hands‑on capability and evidence of delivery.
  • Build and deliver thought leadership (presentations, white‑papers, workshops, webinars) that articulate the future of BIM, the business case for digital transformation, and our solution differentiators in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal product/engineering teams and partner ecosystems to feed back customer needs, shape roadmap, and define solution positioning within the competitive landscape.
  • Support the full sales cycle: from qualification, solution architecture, value proof, pilot/POC design, to contract close.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices and emerging technologies in BIM (e.g., ISO 19650, IFC, COBie, digital twin, cloud platforms).
  • Represent the company externally: at industry conferences, user groups, professional bodies, client reference visits.
Required experience & skills
  • 8+ years experience in BIM‑focused roles within architecture, engineering, construction, or asset lifecycle.
  • AND/OR experience as a BIM/Design Manager, BIM/Design Coordinator Digital Construction/Design Director/Manager.
  • Proven technical proficiency in BIM tools and workflows (for example, Model Federation,Clash Detection, Design and Model Management).
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols and data‑management practices (e.g., ISO 19650 series, COBie)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical BIM/process solutions into commercial value: you’ve helped organisations improve efficiency, reduce rework, drive risk out of delivery, realise lifecycle value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (owners, operators, C‑suite), technical teams, and influencing across functions.
  • A strong consultative mindset: you can teach, challenge, tailor and collaborate with customers to shift mindsets from “feature‑function” to “business outcome” (aligned with your interest in value‑led selling).
  • Ability to lead workshops, produce thought leadership materials, deliver demos and proofs‑of‑concept.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a dynamic environment and capable of driving change internally and externally.
Additional Information

Base Pay Range £73,080 - £100,485. Plus commission plan for an estimated on‑target earnings of £121,800 - £167,475. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
