Job summary

Mistral AI in London is seeking a Senior Operations partner to scale our Solutions organization. You will design an operating system, build automations, and define ROI frameworks to drive value across pre-sales and post-sales activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Revenue Growth, People Growth, RevOps, CSMs and Product & Engineering to codify processes, dashboards, and delivery playbooks that improve efficiency and customer outcomes across geographies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic operations or chief-of-staff within technical sales or solutions engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operating System & Automation: Build the secure-by-design operating system linking tooling to the Solutions team and design internal tools & automations.
• Streamline Deployment Strategist operations across pre-sales scoping and delivery, with templates and reusable IP.
• Drive daily adoption of our AI layer, productising internal work into reusable assets.
• Value Intelligence & ROI: Operationalise ROI framework per project, define value surfaces.
• Define reporting layer and dashboards to turn data into decisions and proof of value.
• Stand up customer satisfaction measurement as a core input to value & operational excellence.
• Processes & Collaboration: Codify delivery playbooks and scaling programs across the customer lifecycle.

The Role

As a direct Business & Operations partner to our Solutions team, including Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers. You will work closely with Solutions leadership to build & scale the operating system that powers value & operational excellence across pre-sales and post-sales activities.

You will translate our value vision into a scalable operating model by building automations, defining processes and ways of working, standing up KPIs and reporting, operationalising our internal ROI framework, feeding the feedback loop to capitalize on our successes, and embedding reusable value frameworks into customer engagements.

This role is critical to turning our go-to-market strategy into repeatable, AI-native action, aligning delivery quality, output per FTE, and customer satisfaction to improve the efficiency and impact of our Solutions organisation and accelerate the value Mistral delivers to customers.

What You Will Do

Operating System & Automation

• Build the secure-by-design operating system that links our tooling stack to the Solutions team’s needs, and design the internal tools & automations that raise output per FTE.

• Streamline Deployment Strategist operations across pre-sales scoping and delivery, compounding shared knowledge, templates, and reusable IP.

• Drive daily adoption of our AI layer throughout the Solutions team, productising internal work into reusable assets for the team.

Value Intelligence & ROI

• Operationalise the internal ROI framework per project / use case, defining and surfacing where we build value.

• Define the reporting layer and metric catalog (what we collect and surface) and build the dashboards that turn our data foundation into decisions and proof of value.

• Stand up the customer satisfaction measurement system (define, collect, surface) as a core input to value & operational excellence.

Processes, Ways of Working & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Codify delivery playbooks, ways of working, and scaling programs end-to-end across the customer lifecycle

• Partner with Revenue Growth, People Growth, RevOps, CSMs and Product & Engineering to align the operating system with company strategy and fuel the flywheel.

• Ensure our operational processes are followed across geographies, embedding safety, security & compliance into our ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role within technical sales or solutions engineering.

• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

• Proven track record in optimising processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.

• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills: ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities.

• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

• Hands-on builder of internal tools and data workflows; comfortable turning manual processes into scalable systems.

• Strong analytical skills to design ROI and value frameworks, build reporting, and translate data into operational decisions.

• Technical acumen and AI fluency: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges.

• Native-level fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
