A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking a Solution Director for its Business Development team. This role involves overseeing technical solutions, collaborating with sales, and providing governance across projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Business Platform and pro-code solutions, as well as a strong background in client relationship management. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the offices and customer sites as needed.

This is a newly created and exciting role at Kerv, working as part of our Business Development team in a key leadership position. The Kerv Digital Business Development team works across all industries, focussing on large and strategic digital transformation programmes, including working with colleagues in our sector‑specific teams. This is not a sales role, but involves close collaboration with sellers and therefore a strong commercial acumen and experience of contributing to sales processes is essential.
