The Role

The Solution Consultant InPhase Implementation leads end-to-end deployment of Ideagen's InPhase platform, translating business requirements into tailored solutions and driving user adoption through training and change management. The role combines business consulting, technical configuration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and maximum value delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead workshops to capture business requirements, design tailored InPhase solutions, configure modules (governance, risk, compliance, audit, performance), and manage data migration.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as the primary contact for customers, advise on best practices, demonstrate product capabilities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Integration & Support: Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations (ERP, HR, document management), troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Training & Change Management: Deliver end-user and admin training, support adoption, and prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Project Delivery & Quality: Contribute to scoping, timelines, and resource planning; monitor milestones; report risks / issues; and ensure high-quality delivery.

Your Profile

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, Avoid repetition):

• InPhase expertise: solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and project methodologies (Prince2, PMP).
• 5 8 years in solution consulting or enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
