Job description

Our client is looking for a Solution Consultant who has expertise with InPhase. This role is mostly remote with once a week travel to site, this role is working via umbrella company.

Your responsibilities :

• Solution Design & Implementation : Lead workshops to capture business requirements, design tailored InPhase solutions, configure modules (governance, risk, compliance, audit, performance), and manage data migration.
• Client Engagement & Advisory : Act as the primary contact for customers, advise on best practices, demonstrate product capabilities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Integration & Support : Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations (ERP, HR, document management), troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Training & Change Management : Deliver end-user and admin training, support adoption, and prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Project Delivery & Quality : Contribute to scoping, timelines, and resource planning; monitor milestones; report risks / issues; and ensure high-quality delivery.

Essential skills / knowledge / experience :

• InPhase expertise : solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and project methodologies (Prince2, PMP).
