BT Group in Birmingham is seeking a Solution Architect Specialist to shape end-to-end telecom solutions within the Ethernet and connectivity portfolio. You will collaborate across business, network and technology teams to turn complex challenges into scalable designs.

In this role you define architectural roadmaps, liaise with stakeholders, and drive agile transformation while exploring AI-driven approaches to modernise customer journeys and automation across BT platforms.

Formación

• Proven experience designing end-to-end telecom solutions across fixed connectivity, Ethernet, WAN, and IPVPN.
• Experience applying TM Forum standards (TMF APIs, eTOM, ITIL) in solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Agile delivery and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Familiar with AI tools to optimize processes and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Apply specialist technical expertise to develop and advise on complex, high impact customer solutions and define the architectural strategy for the Service domain.
• Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for the domain.
• Create, own and implement technical solutions and inputs into roadmaps for the domain.
• Liaise with CFU, Operational, Architectural and customer stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Work with programme managers to ensure programmes/projects are successful and deliver in Agile environments.
• Support inlife issues and knowledge management within the team.
• Explore, propose and consider AI-driven solutions.
