Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical consultant for Enterprise organisations adopting the Pyramid platform. You will lead delivery of BI and analytics solutions and become a platform expert to advise on best practices, adoption, and ROI.

You will join a team responsible for onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer enablement across cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Professional Services, Consulting or similar customer-facing delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills in industry, management consultancy, or system integrator settings.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science (or related field) and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience.
Experience using BI/Analytics tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) to develop enterprise-grade reports and dashboards.
Demonstrate experience in designing and developing data-based analytics solutions with related technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/HANA, Snowflake) and languages (SQL variants, MDX).
Experience using Python with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in regulated industries is a plus (Finance, Healthcare, Public Sector).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise BI, analytics and data science solutions.
Identify client future needs and collaborate with CSM to create expansion and up-sell opportunities.
Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues.
Build trust with clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
Assist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training and implementation best practices.

Job Description

As a Solution Architect,you will serve as a trusted, customer-facing technical consultant for Enterprise organisations adopting and leveraging the Pyramid platform. You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytical solutions.

You will be expected to become a Pyramid platform expert in order to speak fluently on implementation best practices and recommendations that enable customers on adoption and how to maximize their experience, capabilities and ROI. This knowledge should also be leveraged to deliver best in class solutions for use at all levels of customer organizations.

Our Solution Architects participate in a wide range of engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development and customer staff enablement.
