Job description

Codestone are looking for a Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of EPM solutions. This role is pivotal in the pre‑sales phase, identifying customer needs, defining project scopes, and presenting tailored solutions to drive efficiency and process improvement. You will collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management, leading product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations while articulating the value proposition to senior stakeholders, including CFOs and Heads of Finance. As a trusted advisor, you will help shape customer strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and ongoing benefit realisation. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams, staying ahead of product developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to support successful project delivery.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
  • Complete Request for Information / Request for Proposal Documents
  • Travel to customer sites
  • Prepare demonstration data and demo scripts
  • Perform demonstrations (on‑site or remote)
  • Run Pre‑sales Checklist calls (on‑site or remote)
  • Assist other line of business pre‑sales to determine requirements (CaMs and Cloud ERP)
  • Complete existing customer strategic reviews (on‑site or remote)
Qualifications
  • Consultancy / delivery experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions; ideally SAP and/or CCH Tagetik
  • Accounting qualification (essential), with a solid understanding of core finance processes and business performance drivers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
